Facilitating Strategy and Leadership for Social Change
Facilitating Strategy and Leadership for Social Change
Will’s Experience
I have worked with and for international NGOs for 20 years. For the first ten years, I worked in programmes, from monitoring and evaluating relief and rehabilitation work in the Horn of Africa, to leading a programme support team at the headquarters of a major INGO. For the past 10 years I have worked in organisational development, beginning as an internal consultant within an INGO and spending seven years with the Management Centre leading its learning and development and management consultancy teams.
Since 2011, I have worked individually and in collaboration with other consultants with a range of organisations, including:
International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF): facilitating the development of a new global strategy.
International HIV/AIDS Alliance: working with the senior management team on strategy and team development.
Concern Worldwide: designing and facilitating the ‘Pathway’ management development programme for middle managers across the world.
Pakistan Humanitarian Forum: designing and facilitating a programme involving leadership and strategy development.
Christian Aid: designing and facilitating a management development programme for middle managers.
Catholic Relief Services: facilitating workshops around leadership and organisational change.
